A plug for RBC today…

We had lots of plans lined up for work this week, and got a start on them today…

Kristina and I headed over to Home Depot and found a 4 X 8 sheet of chipboard we needed to add a back wall to the wood shed they made up last year, to store the years supply of firewood.  It all worked out well, and we got the chipboard installed.  This is a smaller area between the garaged and a shed.  We put the back wall on you see.

This is the remains of the garden for the year.  They had one of everything growing and it all grew very well this year…

Took a pic of Cali today with her bone… she got this bone last May and it was more than twice the size it is now…

We finished off the afternoon by washing all the panels of the kitchen’s drop ceiling… they were dirty but they are clean now… lots of work.

Tonight Chris and I watched the old western movie, “The 3:10 to Yuma”.  It was fun to watch as I now know where all the towns they talked about in the movie are.  The movie was actually centered out of Bisbee!  This is a favourite haunt of “The Bayfield Bunch”.  Hopefully this year Judy and I will make it into that south eastern part of AZ.

Lots of work scheduled again for tomorrow…

Here is a plug for RBC today… Many of you will know I worked for RBC as a Branch Manager.  They recently changed their online banking web site.  It is a lot better.  However my Daughter, Kristina, told me today about a new feature on the site that enables the user to look a graphs of how they actually spent their money.  It is kind of like Microsoft money, but it is already populated with your financial information.  You can make all kinds of changes, and set the program up the way you want it.  It also allows you to put in budget information, and check how you made out against your budget.  It is great!  If you bank with RBC, you have to check it out.  It is worth while.  Good work RBC!

Found this cartoon today that I thought was kind of fitting of today’s world…
